At Kibu, we value customer satisfaction and aim to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, in the rare event of a damaged item, we offer a limited return policy under the following terms:

✅ Return Eligibility:

• Returns are only accepted if the item is received damaged or broken.

• You must record a clear video and take pictures during the unboxing process as proof of damage.

• Any return request must be made within 2 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

❌ Non-Returnable Conditions:

• No returns will be accepted after 2 days of delivery.

• Returns will not be accepted without unboxing video and images.

• Returns due to change of mind, wrong selection, or any reason other than damage are not eligible.
